Problem #1 my boyfriend's tux finally arrives but at the wrong store location just two days prior to his cousin's wedding day. Problem #2 the Matthews store admitted the ticket specified Matthews store was the pickup location but, the Florence, SC store says the ticket specified their store as the pick up location-why would a store admit a mistake if there was none to begin with? and how can one pickup ticket have two sets of pickup locations? Problem #3 the Florence, SC store manager Kenesha was too busy to speak to the inconvenienced customer. Problem #4 the Florence, SC store feels the customer should pay full price for inadequate, incompetent service. This all equals ""Terrible Customer Relations and Ineffective Training""!!
