Men's Wearhouse

Don't use this place. I'm not sure if this is Men's Warehouse in general or just the Lakeline store. I had to go in 4 TIMES to get them to fix basic hemming problems on my tuxedo, twice they didn't actually hem anything! They forgot to order shoes, they forgot all sorts of stuff, even after I reminded them several times. You'd find better attention spans in a team of preschoolers. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about, this place really is the worst. The staff was overbearing, condescending, and above all else, really bad at getting me a tuxedo that fit, in the time I needed it the most. more

We selected the Lakeline location based on the previous good review and were glad we did. We had several suits to buy as well as shirts, ties, socks, etc. The service was outstanding. In particular John Heredin who was not only helpful and courteous throughout, but very knowledgeable in sizing, selection, and appropriate style for the occasions we were shopping for. Really appreciated the extra mile the store went to do the alterations on very short notice over Memorial day week-end. Pros: Good selection, staff courteous and knowledgeable Cons: Store was 50 miles away - but worth the trip more

We used the Cedar Park Men's Wearhouse to attire all of the groomsmen in our wedding, and we had a great experience with the store and its staff. In addition to helping untangle mistakes with out-of-state reservations prior to the wedding, the staff also did a wonderful job with making sure everyone had the right attire on the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond in regards to customer service -- making the whole process very simple and painless for us -- and we would definitely work with them again.\r \r In particular, a few weeks before the wedding, some staff members helped to untangle some out-of-state problems with our reservations, and even called back at one point to let us know we qualified for a discount we hadn't received. We really appreciated and were impressed by their commitment to seeing that we received quality service. more
