The most disrespect and poorly mannered clinic staff I have ever seen. This young lady sounds like she was working there without been paid. Making the appointment was not pleasant, she was in a hurry to hang up the call. Patients checking in, and what is you see is clinic staffs chatting behind the counter, without even look up to who is checking in. By the time the check-in list was called upon, 30 mins had passed. Very unfriendly attitude when talking to patients. I was surprised to visit a pediatric and felt like I was in traffic court.
