Mena's Coach Works

I had a minor accident to my car and was reffered to this shop by a fellow co-worker. I dropped off my car at the being of August 1st and the front office met with the insurance rep and was told my car would be done in 7 business days. That was not the case. In fact I was promised it would be done every week for 4 weeks and when it was delivered I had to take it back for touch up to various areas. Every time I called the front desk was ""cold"" on the phone and I had a disagreement with the front desk and asked for the owner to call me. He never did. There was a problem the the window after the repairs and they told me about it after I recived the car .I went back a 3rd time to the shop and they inforned me that the window needed more repair but did not tell me about it while it was in the shop and was apart so we could repair it at the same time. I spoke to the owner Iish and he said he would order the parts. I called 2 weeks later to check on parts and he said he would check on it. Still no phone call back and no parts and now its been 2 months. I would not recomend this shop as they have poor follow and don't seem to be sensative to the consumer needs. Save yourself the grief if your a person like me that pays attention to the details. more

My vehicle was involved in a very serious accident which had me extremely distraught. But thanks to the great staff at Mena's Coachworks, who handled everything from the insurance claim to setting me up with a rental car, this difficult ordeal was made much easier to bear. And to top it off when the repairs were completed, my car was as good as new. They even did a complete detail of the car for no additional cost. One hopes never to need the services of a collision repair business, but when you do, I would highly recommend that you choose Mena's for your body shop. Pros: Clean, inviting shop.
