Everything is so fresh and tasty here! I have eaten at Mena's many times and tried new dishes each time. The Tamales are really incredible, the salsa's are beyond compare and the Flan is to die for! if you are lucky enough to live in Vacaville go and eat at Mena's Bistro and Tamaleria' more
