I was absolutely shocked at how dishonest the staff is at Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Home on Airport Rd in Colorado Springs! When you lose someone you love, you hope to be treated (at least fairly) and NOT scammed while actually going through the grieving process. This review is not about money, we ended up going somewhere else. This review is about honesty and this business has NONE. From the start, they never actually delivered on what they promised... their prices changed, their policies changed...all based on what they could charge. If we asked a direct question, they avoided a direct...or honest answer. When we went to confirm our arrangements, nothing was as they said it would be to begin with...and the director couldn't even remember what he actually told us. These people have a COMPLETE LACK OF EMPATHY. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. It actually makes me sick to think about it. I very rarely take the time to write a review but I strongly felt that others should be made aware when it comes to something so personal and tragic as burying a loved one. more

I will never use this place again,Allen Miller is the most hateful,greedy funeral director I have ever encountered .If you want to be treated with respect don't go here. I have been here on several occasions to put flowers on graves and the grounds are awful,headstones sunk way in ,graves covered in water or weeds and the list goes on.I have 2 plots I will be selling because I do not want to be in a place with hateful,greedy people running it. more

Justice: not possible just true: concerning the murders of Officer Greg Cessna (from colorado) and Bobby Lee Tallman in Snohomish county, Wa 1988 there was an eye witness to those homicides and more after that-Which brings up Robert Dunn formerly from Lasco bathware in Yelm,wa who claimed to have a missing wife and he claimed to be the victim of ransom demands: interesting how he had her the whole time under the gun and constant beatings: and she better be quiet or more people die: Chris who is sapposed to be his nephew is his son and Elisabeth Mullin the twin ofcourse the mother wasnt supposed to live this long so no one would ever find out-He's supposed to be law enforcement hhm and ofcourse with corrupt fbi involved you gotta alot of guys who faked thier deaths and are out there gunnin. Officer Greg Cessna left a message for his family He loved you and never gave. He was involved in a bank job robbery (inside job) that money and evidence was never ecovered by the corrupt police involved and Nancy stabbed him in the throat-her brother found him-after they were done with him. Theres no such thing as justice. Not to mention : whose running the terrorism- witness to alot of that. and you can report it and there will be another 'car accident ' thats all. more

Does anyone know how to find the grave of a loved one? I know that officer Greg Cessna was from Colorado he was murdered in 1988 He was in Washington state at the time of his death February 1988 he worked with bobby Lee Tallman Snohomish County Washington yeah, it was made to look like 'car accidents' but both were murdered. I'd like to visit the grave but cant find any information -couldnt even talk to the family incase I was witness or something.....Officer greg Cessna was taken from Edmonds, wa and put into a fake car accident after he was beaten with tire irons and duct taped around the ankles and the killers use syringes on the victims....... more

Wonderful! 1/27/2010

They took care of everything. My mom was ill for several years and over the course of her illness all of her money ran out paying for her very expensive medical care. The folks at Memorial Gardens knew that money was tight but treated me and my family with respect and gave us the ability to have a beautiful service that we could afford. I never felt like it was ever about the money. We ended up with far more than we could have imagined. Pros: The people there really care about me more
