This bank will charge you fees on money you never spent. A $100 hold on an account for an actual purchase of $5 is considered negative $95.00 even when the hold comes off after the transaction posts. You will still have a positive balance... but you will have been charged $28.00 overdraft for the hold, even though you never spent 100!$. NO DIRECT PHONE NUMBERS TO OFFICES OR BRANCHES OR SUPERVISORS. You are completely at the mercy of the a call center and calls ARE NOT returned promptly if ever. They do not care to give customers with small accounts any amicable service and they do not care to loose small consumer accounts. This is the worst bank are far as policy and customer relations I have ever dealt with. Be warned!
