Our basset died unexpectantly while with us on vacation. We drove all night to get back home to take him to be cremated. After stopping at another vet and being treated rudely we decided to stop in at the Kettering Animal Hospital. When I told the lady at the front desk what happened she gave me her condolences and kindly helped me with the paper work. The gentleman who took my dogs body from me treated it with gentleness and respect. They also asked if I wanted to leave anything that was special to my dog with him. I won't ever forget the people who helped me that day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Pros: Caring and compassionate Staff more

I switched to this vet after having a bad experience with another one. The receptionists are personable, friendly and caring towards the animals. My dog had a fairly major surgery and the vet did an excellent job of explaining all of the procedures to me so I knew what to expect. After the surgery, she even went in after hours, around 10:00 pm, to check on my dog, and she even called me to tell me that he was doing okay. I can tell that all of the vets at this clinic have the animals' best interests in mind and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are given the love and service needed. They also do a great job of giving you the information you need to make a decision that is best for your pet without being pushy. I will continue to take my pet to this vet for many years to come. I know that he will be well cared for by all the staff! They also have a grooming service that is always booked well in advance. I have not made an appointment with them for this service, but plan to do so because it comes highly recomended. We have been taking our animals here for care since... forever. The staff has changed over the years, but it is always courteous and professional. Highly recommended.\r \r Beware the on-line map! The location is at the corner of Woodman Drive and Delco Park Drive, NOT on the other end of Delco Park across Dorothy Lane at Sears Hardware as the on-line map ""pin"" shows. Pros: Good, accessable, location with excellent parking. Cons: Cost is somewhat on the high side. more
