Atmosphere/Ambience: Tastefully decorated and appropriate for romantic dinner for two, special occassions, or just a night out on the town. Very cozy and romantic.\r

Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Service was prompt and courteous. This is the first time I have ever had a manager personally stop by my table and ask how my experience was.\r

Food: Awesome. This place really has something for everyone. This restaurant offers the most extensive wine list I've seen. There are several different choices for all courses. The main course was truly a unique experience (I won't spoil it by telling you how it's all cooked here). I do recommend checking out the menu before deciding to dine here- just so you have an idea of what you'd like before you get there. There are so many choices, it could be overwhelming. If you order the full four-courses, you must decide what cheese course, which salad, what entree platter, in what you'd like your entree cooked, what sauces you'd like to dip your food into, and finally (the best choice of all!) what chocolate you'd like for your fourth course. Both the cheese and chocolate courses come with several dipping options.\r

Drinks: Excellent specialty drink choices, but not much beer. I had the Ying-Yang which was very tasty.\r

Reservations: We had read the editor's review prior to trying out this restaurant and followed the advice regarding the two weeks' reservations. This is no longer applicable- reservations are not required. We did make reservations, but at 6:00pm on a Monday, plenty of seating was available. However, by the time we left at 8:00pm, all seats were full and several were waiting.\r

** This restaurant does take a bit longer than a regular dining experience if you order the four courses. Unrushed, our dinner lasted 2-2.5 hours. The quality of ingredients, unique experience and excellent customer service made this restaurant well worth the expense. We left with full tummies and big smiles!
Pros: Food, service, ambience and wine list.
Cons: Women's toilet flush sounds like jet turbine engine and almost bashed legs with door when trying to leave stall- not enough clearance from door to porcelain goddess. (Only con I can think of.)
