How exciting! 7/5/2011

It's been 3 weeks since I moved out of an apartment that Melroy Properties managed in Normal Heights. To my surprise I received a phone call from Martha informing me that I am receiving my FULL deposit back. How exciting! more

what is the fuss all about i personaly think it is a great company good service professional staff maintenance is taking care of on time complaints are taken seriously i lived at one of melroy properties in north park for 5 years now and never had problem yah i guess iam a fan more

hooked me up 3/16/2011

Great company, been with them for years. Had to move for work but came back after a few years and they hooked me up again. Units are clean and any problems they take care of right away. more
