this place is absolutely great--i lived there for about 9 months before i moved into my own condo and i would move back in a minute. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the area is very quiet and off the main road so you avoid all that traffic noise. plus you can't beat the location i was literally around the corner from work so there wasn't a long drive stuck in that after 5 traffic. and to top it all off they are ACTUALLY AFFORDABLE RENTS. i looked at the places next door but with rents STARTING at 950 per month and running up to 1600 i about died when i saw the price tags--melrose is the perfect combination of location and price.
