These guys said they would help me and all they did was take my money and ignore all my attempts to get what i paid for. There is another school down the street tht I went to and finally got my driver lic. Dont get confused they are next door to each other. The people in there are very nice but sometimes they would open up a little bit late.Angie was very professional and Selene seemed like a very experienced instructor .The new location looks better than the 1st office.Service was fast.Although Martha doesn't speak fluent English and at times is a BIATCH lol every body else i couldn't really complain about. ?..I am a police officer that was so surprised to read negative reviews against such professional people like the ones that I met in Melrose Park Driving SCHOOL. Both my children have taken their instructions there and have successfully received their driver licenses, and must honestly say that have become pretty good drivers. These reviews forced me to do a little research by looking at reviews given to other driving schools and further more calling the schools. Although the people?s names, in these particular reviews were kept anonymous, other reviews of other schools in which the names were shown, has brought me to understand why. These negative reports were simply written because these individuals simply were unable to past the required test and were angry. The school gives people the opportunity to retake their test without added charges from the school, so if they failed it is because they wanted to. more

Well what can i say i went there because i needed someone who spoke spanish and the owner selene made my mom feel like family. My mom was very nervouse to learn how to drive but now that my father is past on who drove her every where. She has to learn and my mom feels comfortible with selene she speaks very good spanish and is very proffessional. I saw some people had bad experience i had to find out for myself as she was highly recommended. Iam so glad i didnt listen to the comments on here for i found out people have different experiences so i recommend you try them again you wont dissapointed. please do not go to this school. the whole place is like a crazy house & they only want your money. I had to pay right away & then i couldnt even get a hold of em. then the whole place was like closed down for the whole month n i needed my classes. the state susupended the owner n she just lies every time u tlk to her. i regret going here cuz i didnt even pass my test or get my hours or get a license. save ur time & money!!! go to someone who u can trust believe me its not this place, save yourself time & money!!! This is not a school--it is a circus. The people don't really care if you get your license. But they care very much about taking your money. The ""text"" part of the program is very short. They want to hurry you out so they can rob the next victim. The ""driving"" part is even funnier. Their cars are junk. They are late to come get you for the driving part by sometimes as long as 2 hours. They don't respond to phone calls. Please--for your own sake-- do NOT use this ""school""!
