awesome flaptop cut 11/30/2010

Good: I like the way the owner treat me every time i go to get my new favorite cut.. the flat top cut. have talked to many hair stylist and they all agree there are very few places to get this cut and be satisfied with it in all the aurora il area there is only 2 places where i have liked it and melissa's salon is one of them... Bad: there is nothing i didn't like..I have visited many places to get my flattop cut melissas salon is my favorite the reason everybody is so kind and i don't have to wait too much to get it.. Improvements: they.. say there is always room for improvement but regarding the service i don't see how they can be better.... Other: may be if they had free coffe i'd like the place even more. more

Owner Not so friendly 10/5/2010

I was a walk in, new to the neighborhood. The at sitting at a hair station and did not move. One of the stylist began to speak to her in spanish to explain how to do my hair and she refused. The stylist that did my hair was very nice Blanca...the owner did not move out of her seat until it was time for me to pay...while there was people waiting for service. Would not go back and Blanca should consider employment at another salon.... more
