Beware! There is so much to our story, but to make it short... Jeff Melhorn did not perform the services he was hired to do. He did not acquire a building permit, he lied to the city building official, the department of labor and in court. He is dishonest and will say anything to anyone to get your money and if he thinks he can get away with it, and save time or money, his work will not be up to code or manufacturers standards. more
