I really liked the way they took their time to explain everything to me and let me make an informed decision on what to get worked on. They did their job and got it done right the first time, such a relief! more

great customer service 9/30/2011

My car was making funny sounds and I had no ides what it could be, so a good friend of mine recommended this shop to me. My car was fixed within the day and it's been running great ever since. The staff was very helpful and they let me know everything step by step. Wonderful service! more

Would not go anywhere else! 9/22/2011

This is a first rate auto maintenance operation, ran by a knowledgeable professional and staffed by mechanics who know their business. They can handle both the easy and challenging problems so no need to go to a dealer. I found them very honest, fair, and quick to go the extra mile to do the job right. Bottom line: I drive almost 20 miles past dozens of other repair places to get to these guys so I can get it done right! more

Great meineke center! 9/19/2011

My '99 Nissan was making weird noises on braking, so I took it in. They took it around the block, showed me what was wrong (missing caliper bolt), repaired it, and sent me on my way. The whole process only took twenty minutes, no charge. I cannot recommend them enough. more

My fiance called in to make an appointment with a coupon i had, that had my name on it and was told he couldn't use it unless i was there and they canceled his appointment. later that day i called in to make the same appointment and they said i didn't have to be there and he could have used it and talked to me like i was stupid and did not take ownership for the mistake. Then when i tried to set up the appointment they couldn't get me in for two weeks. I said i really need this done today or tomorrow and i was told ""YEA you and 400 other people, do you want the appointment or not?"" I will never spend my money there ever. more

As a woman I trust them 12/30/2010

Is it just me or do mechanics take advantage of women? I have been here a few times and I trust them. They even take me to the car to show me what is wrong. more
