A few days after my oil change I noticed that 3 of my tires were low. As far as seeking customer service goes, this is poor. . .it only takes a couple of minutes. Two weeks later, I got my timing belt and water pump replaced by my mechanic who told me that my oil was two quarts low and that I hadn't had any leaks. I called to tell them and I spoke with Laura. She told me that she had checked the order and it has said that they put the standard 4 quarts of oil in my car. So, I guess since that's what the order said then that's what it means, right? I had expected them to give me the cost of 2 quarts of oil, at least. I don't live around there and the only reason I was there was because I was driving through to get to somewhere else and my oil really needed to be changed. Check your oil before you leave. I paid $28.
