WOULD NOT go here again. I made an appointment so I could go with my 75 year old father driving from Hagerstown could get a wiper motor installed that they said would take an a day to get there (because he trusted this place) and when we get there we hear the Manager Alan on the phone ordering the part, then telling us it would take a day to get here ( he told us that 3 days earlier when we made the appointment, he lied and never ordered the part. Not to mention I took of work for this, Alan says no problem just bring it back tomorrow, I will call you when it gets here. No problem for who????? Just for the record it has know been three days and he never called. They charged him hundreds to fix the engine light and it came back on on the way home. Pay your 12 year old kid to fix your car you will have better luck and more considerate results...... more

BEWARE.. Steve the manager comes off as friendly, but when I nicely said I didnt want all the repairs they "Found" and when I asked what their hourly rate was he went psycho on me , saying I should just leave if i was just going to do oil changes. I reminded him I had spent a thousand dollars there within the last year but not til after he basically went off on me and told me to come back only if I wanted to spend some more money. Very scarey person. more
