I moved here back in July 2010 from Mississippi. I had the same mechanic for over 20 years. Each time I have had work done on my vehicle at Majestic I would call to compare prices. Majestic was right on the money each and every time. RJ and his staff have been extremely kind and professional. The work on my vehicle has been exceptional. I will be taking my vehicle there for years to come and suggest everyone try them. more

I took my car to Majestic on 1/29/2011 for a simple oil change. When I pulled out of the driveway leaving I realized that the car was driving really rough and had no power when I accerlated. I didn't have time to go right back bc I was late for an appt. As soon as I got home, I told my husband about it and he looked under the hood to see what was going on. He noticed that the Air Intake Holder was completely broken. We tried to call Majestic but they were closed. Next day, crunk the car and drove it 2 blocks..the Check Engine Light comes on. Never had any of these problems until the day Majestic worked on it. Called Majestic Monday morning and spoke to CJ, and he said that his technician wrote on the little log that the Air Intake was already broken, LIE LIE LIE!! When I left Majestic saturday they gave me a printout of everything they recommended for the vehicle...NO WHERE ON THE PRINTOUT DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE AIR INTAKE HOLDER!!. If it was already broken..why didn't say anything?? That's bc it wasn't. RJ told me that he believed his technician and hung up the phone. These characters are very shady and highly recommend no one goes here. more

Just wanted to write about the great guys down at Majestic! I had a rattle under my truck, Ford said i needed all four cadallac converters for 1800! JR was great. he took me out in the back and showed me only one of them was broken and replaced only what i needed. I saved enough to finally get duals on my truck! Honest guys are hard to come by in this economy, Thanks again for treating me right, ill be back in the future!!! Kyle more

THANK GOD FOR RJ!!! He saved me a ton of money on my exhaust! everyone else wanted a fortune for a catalytic converter on my truck, and his price was over 200 less than the three other places i took it. With the money i saved on that repair i was able to catch up on a few other things that i have been neglecting. RJ gave me a fair quote on getting the trans serviced and the brakes redone. Cant beat life time pads for 29 bucks. They even took me out to my car and showed me what was good and what needed to be replaced. Made the decision making process a lot easier. There were a few other people in the lobby and all seemed to be very comfortable with this shop and the staff. more

I had the same experience as the previous user. I have spent $3,000 with this company to resolve my car issues. At first the source was the radiator (replaced) then the water pump (replaced) then the power steering pump (replaced, they actually put in the WRONG pump and made the car worse.) Now, $3,000 I still have the same exact problem with my car and the owner/manager Crawford actually yelled at me furiously when I asked him to explain why his staff put the wrong part in. I took my car to another shop, they fixed the issue for $75 less - voila! no more issues with my car. I was told that Majestic's tampering with my vehicle made the car much worse. The manager, Crawford is a bonified A-hole to yell at woman and use profanity. I used a professional tone and received pure madness in return. Stay away and tell others to stay away. I took my car here for a routine service and the mechanic quickly 'found a problem' that he claimed was pre-existing. After his failed 'attempts' to fix the car, I had to have it towed to another mechanic to be fixed. There I learned that my car could have only been damaged by the workers at Majestic and had it been damaged before I arrived at Majestic, I would have at the very least had a check engine light illuminated. Well, my car was in perfect working order when I took it to Majestic. Upon taking my ivoice to Majestic to discuss a peaceful settlement (I would have been happy with a partial reimbursement), I was treated to an irate scolding and a highly unnecessary stubborness to help. At the very least I would have expected a civil conversation about my problem. There are far to many good and honest shops in the area to waste your time and money going here. Take the extra few minutes to drive to a reputable shop for service. I wish I had. I hope my experience at Majestic will encourage you to look elsewhere. Not knowing the area, I saw Majestic Muffers commercial on tv. I needed some brake work done and stopped in for a quote. The qoute was very reasonable and the service was provided that same day. I was very pleased with the service they provided and the friendly staff.\r \r I also learned that they do exhaust and radiator repairs. They have my business, and I come from Durham ! I called and asked to get a quote on installing some exhaust, and was told the only way I could get a quote was if I would come by the shop. I went by the shop, with the exhaust I wanted installed, and was quoted a price. After the quote, I was asking some questions about installation, and I was rudly interrupted and told ""I don't have time to answer your questions, do you want it installed or not?"" I chose not. People like that don't get MY business. Pros: Their garage appeared to be clean. more

I've been to Majestic twice, once for a new muffler and the second to repair a broken flex pipe (was making my car sound EXTREMELY LOUD). Their parts prices are standard but their labor prices are pretty cheap and they do quality work. Before the flex pipe broke, the car would make a roar when revved. After it broke and Majestic replaced it, it sounds like a brand new car off the lot. They got the job done in 30 minutes. They have done fantastic welding work and I would definitely recommend getting any exhaust work done at Majestic.
