As a young female who knows nothing about cars, I many times dread going to get even a basic oil change as in the past, places have tried to shove other services down my throat knowing that they could probably take advantage of my lack of knowledge. \r \r Meineke in Nashua is so different! The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and make helpful recommendations without being forceful. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and speediness of service. If they make a recommendation for service, they have brought me to me vehicle to show me the part, explain why it needs work and help put my mind at ease. Plus there's normally coupons available for oil changes, service, etc. Two thumbs up in my book. more

I came in unannounced with no apt on a Monday morning. Meineke in Nashua provided me a form to take to my car dealership to get my issue fixed for free, and charged me nothing. Instead of charging me without knowing i could do it free, Meineke in Nashua was honest and sent me away, at no charge. Honest people are hard to find. Will definitely be back if i have issues in the future. more

Came to Meineke Nashua because I needed a lot of work done to my Audi. Met the front desk guy who has this super laid back vibe but tells you straight and is very knowledgeable on cars especially Audi. He kept me informed, did what my car needed, not pushy about services like the dealer and figured out my turbo issue for next time. The dealer couldn't even figure it out. Meineke in Nashua is awesome. They convinced me to hang onto my Audi because he can make her right without dumping massive money every month. That's how a car shop should be. Nice touch to call me a couple days later to check on the car. more

I've been bringing my cars here for the past 3.5 years. I've found it rare to find such honesty in auto repair too.I have had my car repaired there 3 times. I thought my brakes needed replacing, and after checking them out, they told me I had another 10,000 miles left in them.\r EXCELLENT service!! EXCELLENT customer service. more

I am infamous for not taking good care of my cars. I rarely remember to change my oil and rotate my tires or even go in for the normal routine maintenance check ups mainly because I always felt like I am going to be taken advantage of when I do. If you want honest, quick service on your vehicle I recommend visiting Meineke because they actually know what they are doing, and don't take advantage of you just because they know you don't. more

I came here thinking I needed to get my brakes done. First off, the guy remembered my name and the car I drove so when I drove up, Great start.\r They took about 1/2 an hour to evaluate the brakes. He came in and told me my brakes actually had a lot of life on them and that I wouldn't need them changed for a while. Now I brought the car in thinking I needed them done and he could've easily said, yeah we'll change them. Sadly, another place I went to 3 months ago, told me my brakes were worn down but I didn't replace them. more

I have gotten a nail in my tire twice, thanks to horrible street work. They got the nail out and patched up my tire, both times, in less than 15 minutes and only charge $15!!!!\r How great is that? more

Honda told me that I needed a brake job, transmission fluid and power steering fluid change. The Meinicke guys said that Honda was correct on the fluids but that I had 50 percent left on the brakes. That was at least another 10000 miles. Thanks for saving me a year on the brakes. more

The two gentlemen I worked with today were amazing. The technician worked on my car today and really showed a passion for what he does, and also managed to sneak in a few jokes here and there which made my overall experience quite entertaining. I would recommend this place to anybody. more

Sorry Max, but you are incorrect. New Hampshire state law requires headlamps to pass an intensity test, and the state requires us to purchase an $800 machine that tests for it. Also, the state inspection manual requires all lights, wether or not they are auxiliary to be functioning. These facts are listed in the DMV manual online. Also, exhaust repairs must be in a permanent, not temporary manner. Again, these facts are taught at the DMV class for State Inspectors in Concord the first Tuesday of every month. Terrible! We took two cars there for inspection. On one, they insisted that we pay for a headlight "buffing" since ours were "too hazy" to register on their machine. They also insisted on replacing the fog light bulb since, they claimed, that all lights on the vehicle must be working. I checked with the DMV as well as the state website on inspections. Neither of these are true!\r \r The fog light is an auxiliary light and is, therefore, not required to be working. The headlights only need to be level which can be checked manually.\r \r On the other vehicle, we paid them to replace an O2 sensor. They charged us $10 to plug in an ODB II reader to clear the code! That literally takes 30 seconds!\r \r They also failed this same vehicle because they didn't like my home done repair on another O2 sensor (down stream in the exhaust pipe) because I clamped it in since the bolts had broken off in the threaded holes. They said the repair was "leaking" yet they could provide any proof and the c more

I went to have my car inspected and fixed and they didnt have the part I needed. So when the part was delivered by another company and it was the wrong part when they the one they needed to fix my car they installed it and didnt charge me for the labor or part because I had to wait too long.
