Sorry Max, but you are incorrect. New Hampshire state law requires headlamps to pass an intensity test, and the state requires us to purchase an $800 machine that tests for it. Also, the state inspection manual requires all lights, wether or not they are auxiliary to be functioning. These facts are listed in the DMV manual online. Also, exhaust repairs must be in a permanent, not temporary manner. Again, these facts are taught at the DMV class for State Inspectors in Concord the first Tuesday of every month. So please stop lying, it's not honorable. \r
