They destroy your car and not agree later 1/17/2011

They pass on the blame they are reponsible for. I got just the brakes inspected and they gave a very high estimate even after 50% off coupon, said rotors need replacement when they don't. The main complaint is they didn't put back the lug nuts properly and now 3 of them are useless and when i took the car back to them after 2 days they say it could be because of the other guy trying to remove them. i told them to inspect the rear ones as they were not touched any anyone else but the bearded front desk guy refused. He said ""we do 30 cars a day, 1 in all cars a month can have this problem"", i said that this their 1 car in the month but he didn't care at all . Never going back to this shop again and warn my friends about this location. more
