A Great Experience- Wonderful Team 1/27/2011

These guys were great! I know they have had negative ratings in the past, but from what I can tell it's all new employees! Very friendly, personable and honest. I got an oil change and it came with 4 months of free roadside assistance! more

Not great but not that bad 1/22/2010

I have had a lot of work done there for quite some time now and I have had no problems with them. If you walk in to a shop and ask for something specific to be replaced (oxygen sensors,ect) because you know thats what the problem is why would you be mad at that person for that not fixing the problem. We should not self diagnose things we are not familiar with. Pros: knowledgable Cons: always new faces more

Worst Ever!!! 1/6/2010

I should have read these reviews before I went there. My experience was so horrible I want to warn others! I too needed to pass DEQ. They replaced the O2 sensor at my request (because I knew that's what was wrong). They replaced it for $344.79 and after 7 visits to DEQ and hundreds of miles later, the O2 sensor still says "not ready". I took the car back to them because of the warranty on the part and they basically had nothing to say. They wanted to charge me more money to check it out. Extremely unhelpful and I feel totally ripped off. I now have an appointment with a real mechanic. I should have known that a corporate repair shop is a horrible idea. Do NOT go here under any circumstances. Pros: None Cons: Liars, bad mechanics more

Wow! I guess Canyon Auto Repair must really be hurting for business. They are hitting an all new low. Do you really have put down the business down the street in order to bring in customers? Why don't you lower your rip off prices! Maybe if you treated your customers better they would post positive reviews on your business instead of you having to tear down your competitors online. more

MY goal was to get my car through DEQ and I told that to the service guy when I brought my car in. Well after they replaced the catalytic converter and did some exhaust patch work I was told my car was ready. more
