While I have been here and had good food, any restaurant that is glib about a bad meal, and does absolutely nothing about it when informed, does not deserve to stay in business. We had a bad fish dish (the fish tasted completely spoiled), told the wait staff (2 of them), and got shrugs and comments like ""It's the same fish we always serve!"". Hello folks...have you heard of customer satisfaction? How about food borne illnesses due to spoiled food? Wake up. When a customer says the food has something wrong with it, replace it, or offer to do so, immediately, and without an attitude. By ignoring one customer, you've lost a number of others! Words spreads almost as fast as microbial disease.
Pros: Was all good until the spoiled fish dinner.
Cons: One bad meal ruins it forever.
