Over the years, I have utilized the facial and manicure/pedicure services at Medspa in West Lafayette. Most of the appointments scheduled have been with Heather( for my skin) and Wanda (for my nails). After happening into providers in other spas, for whatever reason, I can honestly say Heather and Wanda's attention to detail is the best, by far, that I have encountered. They are perfectionists. For that reason I recommend them without hesitation. more

It's OK.... 11/9/2005

After having several chemical peels, and microderm treatments... I haven't really felt overly compelled to go back. They aren't rude, but aren’t necessarily nice. I would recommend their services, as I have never had a problem; the staff just isn’t friendly or welcoming. And they never seem to be running on time. There aren't many places around here that do this type of work, but if there were more, I'd probably try another facility. As for the chocolate and water... I never received any!?!?! more

Medical more than anything 10/23/2005

A friend ended up being referred there by his dermatologist for a face-cleaning procedure, and apparently has gotten inurance to pay for the treatments! I was amazed, but found out that its not so much a spa where girls go, but an extension of medical dermatological practice. They claim to have a constant customer base with guys. The only thing, if you go for a face cleaning whatever, don't forget to shave. And listen to their product recommendations - it's worth it to try exfoliation before shaving. more

Excellent massages 9/2/2005

I tried Swedish Massage and Hot Stone massage. Both were excellent. The facials are a little tricky - I once got an aesthetician who seemed to make it painful on purpose. At the end of your appointment, they give you a bottle of water, and a little Ecco Bella chocolate – a nice touch. The place is small, but nicely decorated and cosy, and they play very relaxing music. more
