In Short
The replica of an 11th-century castle--complete with moat and drawbridge--is the first tip that attendees are in for an unusual treat. Indoors, the conceit continues with an enormous dining hall that surrounds a large field of battle. Spectators feast on dishes such as roasted chicken and spare ribs while watching the knights from their color-coded section of the auditorium engage in jousts, sword fights and other acts of derring-do.
