Medical Resources Staffing

I was placed by Medical Resources in a good position and was told it would last only two weeks. This fit perfectly into my life at that time. My job was extended, however,I had a personal situation that made it hard to work any longer than that and I had to leave my job quickly. They fought my unemployment claim and their HR rep lied to the administrative judge from EDD when I appealed their decision. She was quite nasty during the hearing as well. BEWARE!! I have had great experience with this company. I found everyone in the office to be friendly and helpful when I registered (a few months ago). I was new to the area, and they helped learn about the different healthcare companies in town -- I worked at UCSD, Scripps and other groups. I worked several temp jobs and now they found me a perm job in a very nice specialty practice. They have high standards, I have been with other agencies that didn't really care if you had your credentials or references, this company will not let any of that slide! But on the other hand, they really know what they are doing and I would recommend to anyone who wants a quality healthcare job. Pros: No fee service exposed me to variety of quality job opportunities. Professional, experienced staff offered good advice. Cons: Voicemail alot (but they did return calls), I think they are just very busy. more
