Mediation is the process of resolving problems. At The Mediation Institute, we do not judge or take sides, our role is simple: develop an agreement between two or more parties that is satisfactory to all. We will work as a group, individually, or both to help resolve the dispute. We will write down the agreement when all is said and done, so we can submit it to the judge for approval (judges tend to approve mediation agreements) and all parties will save money and time in the end because there will be no timely litigation process. The Mediation Institute offers service for: civil and commercial mediation, employment conflicts, and family and divorce mediation. We also conduct trainings and workshops for mediators. Our 40- and 24-hour programs meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Mediation Act, and are approved by the Oklahoma Bar Association for MCLE credit.
