Service is horrible, cable service dropping English speaking channels and replacing them with Spanish almost every month. Internet speeds rarely up to the service you are paying for, mostly hovering around 30 mbps when you ordered and charged for up to 150 mbps. My recommendation, keep internet best speed in area even with varying speeds, but subscribe to a streaming service like Vue or Sling and save over $60 per month and a lot of headaches. Mediacom's guide also gives the listing for every channel they have regardless if you have the package or not. Which also shows titles on all the porn channels making it awkward during the holidays when family is over and the kids want to channel serf. Some titles are extremely offensive and we never approved. But try telling people that is not part of what you have. And using their parental controls doesn't stop the title listing for porn but blocks non-offensive titles on kids channels. All in all, the worst cable service we had.
