This is the WORST service I have ever encountered! Have had a minimum of 10 small service interruptions in the past 48 hours. I do genealogy so have lost alot of time and information due to the small interruptions where you constantly have to reset your router. They send technicians to the home but the small interuptions continue. I have heard other say as well what poor service this is! When it works it is fine but they haven't figured out how to make it reliable yet. I will be calling my previous provider on Monday to get switched back to Frontier. I am completely fed up! more
