This company edited my home movies into a beautiful video that my family will treasure forever. They helped me organize my footage, selected music and titles, and they enhanced the older footage to make it look so much better than the original film. They treated me like I was just as important as any of their large clients. I had used another company for a previous project but would not choose anyone else in the future over Media FX. If you are an individual looking for editing service, don't go to this place. The employees acted like I was from another planet when I walked in. They argued with each other. They wouldn't make any sort of arrangements for me to pick it up unless it was on their time. They basically gave every indication that I didn't matter at all. They didn't smile, didn't say thank you, didn't provide any level of service. It was extremely unprofessional. I understand that they serve more businesses than individuals, but goodness! I would rather spend twice as much somewhere else (though most other places apparently provide the same service for nearly half of what they charge) than to have to give another dime to these folks. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I just think everyone should know that this is one place to avoid! Pros: I honestly can't think of any. Cons: Bad service, inconvenient, overpriced more
