If you want to lose weight and make it a lifestyle, then this is the place for you. You start to see results in the first week if you follow their plan. Which will give you that boost you need. My personal experience is that my BMI was 40 (morbidly obese) I was unhappy and at my wits end. I was seriously considerly lap band. I started Medi March 2012 my first week I lost 3 lbs. which was amazing for me because having done weight watchers and on my own i would maybe lose 1 lb and that was with exercise. Here I am now July 2012 and I have lost a total of 48 lbs. My BMI is 31.7 and I still have 44 lbs to go for my goal. If you are at your wits end and think I can't do that then you need Medi.
