Every time I go into my local Lansdowne Medi Weightloss Clinic, I feel welcomed and empowered. I just went in for my last appointment this past Monday, August 26th and weighed in at 215 lbs, which is 37 lbs down since June 13th. I've only had one scheduled cheat day, a rare date night with my wife, and even still stayed away from the bread and only had a 1/3 of the dessert! I now workout at least 4 times a week, including a weekend competitive soccer game and everyone around me compliments me on my look. I would recommend this to anyone that has ever felt bad about where their health is in terms of weight. You change lives! more

The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and explained the program to me. I stopped in and I was impressed with the consultation. They took the time to explain the program and develop a weightloss program that really works. I would recommend to anyone! more
