Medi Weightloss is the only program that helped me to get real about weight loss. I had a great jump start and the following weeks were very successful. The staff seemed to know the issues and hurdles I would face in the coming week, so I had information and coaching to help me. The detailed weight loss summary helped me know if it was fat, muscle, or water that I was losing. The staff and I would talk about what made that week successful and I would have the info needed to go into the next week. It's not the easiest program, but it's the only one that has worked for me. I needed a program that didn't let me make excuses. Every week I had to account for what I ate and didn't eat, not only in the journal, but also on the scale.
