Medford Car Wash

This place was good up until 2008. There was some sort of management change, and it went from a great place, to mediocre, to you had better speak Spanish, or the idiots that wash and wipe your car will never do what they should. on more than one occasion, I have had to make them re-wipe, and remind them to armor-all the entire vehicle, not just pretend and rub it with a rag. If I had paid $5 for the wash ,I would never complain...but I always get the VIP wash...$22 plus tip. The workers pretend that they don't understand English, and mutter in Spanish under their breath... but guess what..I also speak the language, I just don't advertise this fact... They clean both the inside and outside of your car. They even clean the windows. They offer a full detailing service for an additional cost and with an appointment. They always have coupons advertised so make sure you get one before you go. more
