No problem with the care my daughter recieved, but when I got the bill I needed to speak with someone in Customer Service as it appeared that they didn't submit the bill to insurance. Have tried numerious times calling the number on the bill - no one ever answers!! They have an option to leave a message, did this too, but still no one has called me. Now I've recieved one of those pay in 10 days or else letters. Still can't get hold of anyone to give them insurance info. I would suggest going to another urgent care place with better, and quicker, customer service.
