I took my Fossil watch in to get a battery replaced and I was blown away at the professionalism of the staff. They apologized for the relatively short wait, took my watch, then maybe 5-10 minutes later gave it back and said there was no charge due to the wait. I'm just a college student, so not a big money spender looking to get "iced out" with jewelry, but they treated me very well. As I browsed, they do have a great selection of fine jewelry and watches and a knowledgeable staff - so if you are looking for an engagement ring or a nice watch, stop by Medawar Jewelers. more

Impeccable service and great product 8/21/2005

Medawar doesn’t have the most classy TV commercials in my opinion but their service and product line is truly FANTASTIC! I purchased an engagement ring here as well as had a custom made necklaces completed here and I have been more than pleased in the results. The prices were great but what really sealed the deal was the impeccable service! more

Better than expected 8/21/2005

Frankly I thought this place would be not the best based on their commercials, which are a little corny. The actual store is very nice and the staff is great. They have perfect customer service and great prices even on custom sorts of things. I wish I would have tried this place a little earlier. I am really surprised by how great this place is. They have some nice things. more
