Medallion Dry Cleaners

The place puts signs $1.99 for shirt dry cleaning and $2.99 for pants dry cleaning. Don't trust this signs. This is my second time to use this place, but I got charged more than double as they advertised both times. This time, I claimed that I got overcharged. I was charged $6.50 each T-shirt. They said that my T-shirt required special care because of its special print on it. This should be BS because I got overcharged the last time too and it was plain T-shit then. I recently went to Medallion Cleaners for an alteration of two dresses, one of which was to be worn for a wedding that weekend. I dropped off the dresses on Wednesday and was informed that I can pick them up the next day after 5:30 PM. Due to my schedule I wasn't able to pick up the dresses until that Saturday morning, a couple of hours before the wedding. When I approached the counter, I noticed my two dresses hanging on the counter, I pointed to them and the guy behind the desk said the weren't altered yet and that someone was supposed to call me to tell me the measurements were off. To my dismay, NO ONE ever called. So here I was with unaltered dresses. He had me put on the dresses and re-pinned and re-assured me that the dresses were to be finished within an hour. Pros: THERE IS NONE!!! Cons: NOT THE SERVICE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO A THING!!! more
