SCAM ALERT! MedSouth Actually owns many of the sleep labs that send people to them! It is a blatant conflict of interest. Usually this is ILLEGAL under Federal Law but they found a loophole by being hospital based. It only matters because they get away with providing terrible customer service because none of their customers knows any better. more

DISCREPANCY BUT NO SOLUTION 9/28/2009

I puchased CPAP from Foley office. I had to change by doctor's order to VPAP. I had bad experience as customer service and billing. I called Foley and Birmingham office. There is discrepancy on the billing. No one is trying to solve this problem. No wonder they can not keep office manager. more

EXCELLENT service 10/24/2005

When my son was diagnosed with Asthma we knew that we needed someone reliable to deliver the medication. The customer service is amazing. An order of ours was put in after the truck had already left and an employee personally delivered my sons medication that evening. We get monthly phone calls to get an inventory of what meds we have and what we need. more
