Very unproffesional company, after being screamed at over the phone trying to explain my situation, and arrange a payment plan or something. I asked to speak with the office managers boss or someone in charge. I was informed that i was trying to get out of paying my bill. I was hung up on. I called back a few minutes later and was told i could only pay in full. Never had such a horrible, disrepectful phone conversation. Any business that would hire theese people should look into there business practices and ethics. I also have never delt with a company that was so discrimanating towards someone trying to resolve a debt. more

I am a senior citizen and I haven't had any bad treatment from these people. I never had to have any calls from them. As soon as I got a letter from them, I took care of the bill. I had been meaning to pay it anyway, I had been in the hospital and then sick with pneumonia, etc. I just got overwhelmed with bills and got behind with paying them. When Med-Rev contacted me, I paid it right away because I realized I had let it go on too long. more

MED-REV treat the Senior Citizen community terrible 4/12/2011

MED-REV should not be allowed any City, State or Federal contracts. They treat the Senior Citizen community terrible. They should be ashamed how they treated our grandfather with foul language and disrespect. They only care about getting the money at any cost to human dignity. Any company that hires them for collection should hope they don’t go after your grandparents. Senior citizens should complain to the New York State Attorney General on how they are treated. more
