Visited Med Shop Plus on reccomendation of my medical supplier who can not do wheelchairs on Medicare. The people there were very nice and explained the requirements. I checked back with my former supplier who said he was thinking of dropping Medicare altogether as they were paying less and demanding more.\r It took longer than I expected but I'm happy with the new chair and as I said the people there were very helpful and nice. Seems Medicare is the problem. more

Beware of this Company...I became eligible for Medicare on 12/1/2012...I Use Urostomy supplies...\r Went there and asked wht I need to do for Medicare to start covering it...Was given some Forms to fill out...Filled them out and returne them in Mid December...Was told all they needed to do was get Medical Records from my Doctor...And they would call me if there was any problem...\r \r Last Week I went to buy some Supplies...And was told they were still waiting for my Medical Records....And what I bought was not going to be covered...\r \r Today I went to my Dr and asked if they had received a request for my Medical Records...They had NOT! Seems the MedShop had not requested them even though they LIED tyo me last week and said they had...\r \r My Drs Office told me they had had MANY complaints about the Med Shop from Patients...\r \r Now magic happend...Seems the Med Shop requested my Records this AM...LOLOLOL...Only about a month after I filled out their Forms...\r \r So, what I bought last Week will NOT go against my Medicare Deductible....\r \r Folks, I suggest you look elsewhere...They ar Incompitant, and more than likely will cost you $ more

horrible place! 11/5/2009

Dr.'s px, not followed, then would not take back, unopened, boxed product. they made the mistake, giving us the wrong item and did not have the correct item, even though this was the 5th trip there, for that Item. We waited for item to come into the store, in a new shipment, and then were sold the wrong item. Cons: dishonest, lying jerks more
