GOOD QUALITY BANKING 3/25/2009

My family has been a Richland Cty residence for over 100yrs. They have put their trust in Mechanics Savings Bank and have never been disappointed! My father is 96yrs old and often speaks well of the officers and employees of Mechanics, as well as other family members in the Mansfield area. My business relationship with President, Deborah Schenk has always been "what can we do for you" and always making helpful suggestions to questions asked of her. My Best Wishes to Mechanic's Saving Bank in the years coming. Customer service and Quality people make Mechanics Saving Bank a Bank to be modeled after. more

I've never been disappointed! 1/9/2008

Our family has banked at Mechanics for about 30 years. We have had loans for cars, financed houses, and bank weekly and there has never been even the slightest mistake on any of our accounts. \r \r Their staff is friendly and very well trained. When we bought our first home, we didn't know exactly how everything would come together, but we didn't need to worry. They did everything! What a relief.\r \r If you are looking for an excellent banking experience with a home town touch, I recommend Mechanics Savings Bank. more

One Word: Integrity 9/21/2005

My family has dealt with Mechanics Savings & Loan all the way back to when I was a kid and my grandparents opened up my first savings account for me. I closed my account when I moved to Florida back in the 80s and when I moved back to Mansfield a year ago, I was surprised to find that same down-home service I came to expect all those years when I was a kid. PROS: Responsive & honest CONS: Banking hours! Who says banks can't be open one NIGHT a week? more
