These guys are great came to my house on Christmas Eve and charged me a little extra for after hours service call but i expected that. The technician was professional and courteous and showed up in a well marked truck and full uniform. he got my furnace up and running in less than a half hour and was off on his way. I was very happy with the service I received however it got better, it seems the technician made a mistake by charging me extra for after hours before 5 and the office called me to let me know that they were refunding the difference it was only 30 dollars but it was very kind of them to do. Its nice to know that there are still honest businesses out there. more

scam operation, would never trust these folks 8/3/2011

they came to my home and told me i needed a new compressor, or better yet an entire new unit, which would be minimum $1500, but better yet $2900.. i called another company and they came out and fixed in 10 minutes for $150... they scammed me big time and charged me $90 to boot. i've asked for my money back, but haven't heard anything from anyone. times are tough, but don't take advantage of people because you think they won't know better.. shame on you.... a couple of weeks later... one of the managers did call me and refunded my money a few weeks later. he did not give me a hard time about it. more

Repaired furnace at reasonable price, great service 1/7/2011

I was having furnace problems that I couldn't fix by myself, and I needed a professional company that would do the job for me. Couldn't afford a new high efficiency system, but I gave them a call - the next day I had someone out to visit me and estimate repairs. more
