I tell everybody about Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair! I've known Rohan for a few years now. He knows Toyota's inside and out, and other cars too! He takes the time to figure out what's wrong and then finds the most direct and cheapest way possible for the customer to pay. He is honest and a good person, which is very hard to find! more

I have been a customer of Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair for a couple of years now. He's the best I've found, and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else! Rohan really cares about his customers, and that's genuine. Mechanics get bad reputations, particularly about ripping women off and such, but Rohan is not like that at all. If something happens to go wrong after he's worked on your car, he is always more than willing to fix the problem, even if it's at his own expense. He is a good person. I send a lot of people his way, and everybody says they've had similar experiences to me. He is customer service oriented and my expectations are always met and exceeded! I came to Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair on a referral about three years ago, and have been using them ever since. They have always been fair about getting me in quickly, and working within my scheduling parameters. Their prices are very competitive, as well. At Mecauto, I'm treated more like a friend than a customer. They really take care of me, and are just good people. I trust them, and they have yet to steer me wrong. more

We have been using Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair for about a year and a half now. We find that the composition of their team is a whole brain team of great attitudes and very well trained employees. They're in it for the right reasons. They work they have done for us runs the gamut. Everything has turned out as we expected or better. They under-promise nad overdeliver, which is extraoridnaty in the business arena that they're in. They are a largely immigrant group and they represent the best of the American way. It is very rare that you find a group like this that has such an unusual composition of people and abilities. They have a diferent purpose and orientation towards what they do. more

Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair is really great. He is very knowledgeable about old cars as well as new too. I highly recommend his services. I have an old 1967 truck that four mechanics couldn't do anything with. I took it to Rohan, and he was able to get it going at the original price he had quoted to me, it was amazing! I also have a 2010 GTI I wanted him to take a look at for me. He was upfront with me and told me that he didn't have the diagnostic machines or tests to get true results. But, I wanted his advice and he gave it to me, which I really appreciated. He's a great mechanic, and really knows his stuff. more

My experience using Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair has been excellent. 2/14/2011

I've gone through about three cars with Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair, so I guess that makes it quite a few years that I've been using them. I continue to use their services mostly because of how impressive their mechanics are. Their mechanics are all detail-oriented, honest and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. Their level of experience is the highest I've ever found. They examine your car carefully and will note anything of issue that requires attention. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain everything in a way that I am able to understand. The turn around is fast and efficient. They also have the technical ability to work on a broad range of cars from American to all types of foreign vehicles. I've been very pleased with their services, and I highly recommend them. more

He stands behind his work 100%. 12/17/2010

The owner of Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair is very courteous, kind, and very calm. He has done a lot of repairs on my car. I have been using him for about year. He has put in a new transmission, brakes, replaced the spark plugs, and replaced some fans. My car is 13 years old. The car is now running well. If something doesn't work after repairing it, he will fix it again. He won't let it go until it is working the way it is supposed to. He stands behind his work 100%. Mrs. S. Clements more

When I take the car to Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair I know he is going to give me a fair price for what he wants. He knows that I have an older car, and he knows where to get the part for my car. I can also negotiating the price with him, so he works with his customers. I have been using Mecauto Atlanta Auto Repair for about 3 years. I like that the work he does is very good, the service is excellent, and he has fair pricing. more

The dealership will never see me again 4/30/2009

I was one of those that believed that going to the dealership was the only way to go....boy was I wrong. In Mecauto I found the same conveniences and at a much better price. Each time I bring my vehicle, I am confident that when I get it back, my issues are resolved and if I have any questions, the staff are eager to answer them to my satisfaction. All too often ""customer service"" is left out of the equation but Mecauto is the example by which others should follow. Bye bye dealership, and for that matter any one else.
