Excellent and unique offerings. Went for brunch and was disappointed that the chicken and waffles were sold out. Ordered a pub burger which was wonderful - the narrow rectangular plate it was served on wasn't very conducive to an easy dining experience. My niece ordered the pasta carbonara - it was unexpectedly spicy, extremely tasty, but desperately needed a bit more moisture/sauce (a bit of pasta water?) to loosen it (the cheese overly tightened the dish). We loved the toast with rhubarb jelly and goat butter. Also, my sister had the short rib hash bowl - delectable. All in all, a wonderful food experience, with a few neglible issues that can be easily rectified.
