Make sure that whatever you negotiate with the salesman is agreed to by all management. Their finance manager will reverse whatever he doesn't like that the salesman agreed to in writing and will tell you that you can forget the deal or do it their way. Verypoor customer service and no interest in customer satisfaction. Just move the car out. more

Service dept. put me at ease 8/26/2010

I purchased a Dodge Avenger while living in St. Louis. My job transferred me to Forth Worth and I wasn?t sure that I was going to be able to find a dealership with the level of service I received at home. When the need arose for me to take my car in for maintenance I took a shot in the dark and visited Meador in Fort Worth. Everything went as smoothly as possible. After purchasing my new Dodge Ram pick up truck from Meador Dodge I will NEVER go anywhere else! I really like the way it soaked up bumps in the road unlike most trucks but at the same time have a lot of power and can pull just about anything. Exceeded our expectations 4/17/2010

Last night my husband and I went to Meador Dodge Chrysler to look around because we?ve been thinking about a new family vehicle for a few months and we?ve been looking all over the internet because we both work so much. Our neighbor referred us to Meador apparently he?s been buying his work trucks there but what surprised us was how attentive and focused they were on us specifically. Manny greeted us right away and immediately the vibe was just different than most stuffy dealerships. Funny thing is I told my husband we?re not buying today we?re just looking. However Manny, wasn?t extremely aggressive with us, the sales manager was so much fun as well we just fell in love with the entire staff there. We were treated very well and the customer service about exactly what we wanted was very well exceeded. We weren?t too sure what we wanted but when we drove the 2010 Dodge Journey I about fell out. I couldn?t be happier after talking with Manny I said, ?you?ve got to make us a great deal or we?re leaving? Manny did everything he could and was very courteous and we really appreciated that the most important thing to him was our comfort and what we really wanted in our purchase. Soooo, we got the 2010 Dodge Journey in a black pearl. I want to thank the entire team of Meador Dodge Chrysler these guys are great and exceeded both of our expectations. Meador Dodge did FINE By Me!! 1/15/2010

All I have to say about Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep is WOW. They really helped me find a vehicle to meet my budget. I have been screwed over by dealers many times before but Meador was my best experience in buying a car. I met with the internet guy Blake, really cool guy. I was trading in my 1994 S10 Blazer (which was a real hassle on getting a good offer) and looking for a car that wouldn?t be too hard on my check book gas wise, and monthly payment. I went online to shop first and wasn?t really sure what I even wanted. I looked at several dealers websites and they all seemed to have a pretty good inventory and selection of both new and used cars. However, I never seemed to get enough for my Blazer, or the interest rate and payment were too high or even the price just didn?t come down enough. So I actually stopped shopping for about a month to mull things over and get through the holiday season. I drove by Meador Dodge on a Sunday a few weeks ago and found a few cars and trucks that I really liked! So I went to their website and got in contact with Blake. We spoke at length on a Monday by phone. I just told him all that had happened and everything that I was wanting to accomplish. He told me to stop by the next day and he would have some options pulled up for me. Blake had it all ready as though we had talked about this for a week; he gave me a few options on what met my needs, and showed me the plusses and minuses of each car and truck. I ended up with a new Dodge Avenger, and I absolutely love this car!! It drives great and doesn?t kill me on the gas! The whole process from meeting Blake to driving off the lot went super smooth. Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep Best Dealer in DFW!! 1/11/2010

I had the good fortune of getting my new 2010 Dodge Ram HD at Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep from Blake. I?ve been waiting for the new body style, as I think it is a very attractive truck and also has so very slick upgrades over the old body style. Well I was in there a few days ago just to chat with Blake a bit and he informed me that they had the new body style Dodge Ram 2500 in stock! He pretty much had to grab me by my belt loops to keep me from running to the back of the lot where all of the new trucks are parked! I think Blake knew I was going to be stopping in that afternoon! If you?ve ever been to Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep, you know that there are like 800 rows of New Dodge Ram Trucks. And most of them are Dodge Ram Half Ton Trucks because the new body still is so?well...New! So we are back there walking through row after row of trucks. It?s like -900 degrees and Blake is just smiling in his warm coat. He had hidden the EXACT Truck I wanted amongst all of the other trucks way out back just to mess with me!!! So we went for a drive. Two Tone paint, leather seats, navi?yes I am in love! I?ve bought several trucks through the years from Blake, but just like everyone else I guess, I get sorta? nervous when it comes time to pull the trigger. So he let me drive it home and show the wife and it was ALL over at that point!! She pretty much told me not to come home the next day if I didn?t have that New 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 Diesel!! Gotta love a woman like that right? Well when I got back to Meador Dodge the next day after work, Blake already had all of the paperwork filled out for me! He even gave me a better price than what I had in my head to fight down to! Ha! I really like that he just took care of me again. It was like a huge relief you know? So I signed all of the paperwork and he got my truck all gussied up an even filled her up with a fresh tank of Diesel fuel! I dropped off a plate of cookies from Maxine last night to Blake and his boss Ted. I really like that after all of these years, I don?t get messed around over there and I feel like I can trust them. I?m sure there are plenty of good car dealers out there, but I think Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the best!! Huge recommendation for Meador Dodge and Blake!! Just picked up my Challenger SRT/8 a few days ago from Meador and am really happy again!! My mom and dad turned me on to this car dealership about 11 years ago. I bought my first car here, and used Jeep from Carlos. I drove that Jeep forever!! When I got out of college and got married to my wife, we got a new Dodge 4X4 truck which we still own. My wife got her 300C from here too a few years back. So it was natural for me to come here for my Dodge Challenger! I must be honest and admit that I shopped around first a bit. Yes, as usual, Meador was a bit cheaper than the other dealers. I did find a real nice Challenger over in Dallas, but just couldn't seem to get everything put together where I wanted it. I went to another Dodge Dealer here in Fort Worth, and they just didn't seem interested in helping me or listening to my needs. This car was a bit of a stretch for me in terms of monthly payment, and it really boiled down to me getting my new baby at a certain price while getting enough money for my trade-in. Blaze put it all together for me in under 20 minutes!! Whats not to like about that? I also like the fact that when I come here, people remember me, especially in the service department. Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep Best Deal! 12/30/2009

I recently had to get a new van for me and the kids. I did all of my research online and decided that the Chrysler Town & Country was the best option due to the amount of travel we do and the fact that Jerry and I have three children and one more on the way. We went to several Chrysler dealerships in the DFW area and were not very impressed. It could be that Chrysler's recent troubles and restructuring were to blame, but I was not sure. I found Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep online and visited their website. Got some good information, but was afraid that I would never get an e-mail or call back which is what happened with 4 of the 6 other Chrysler dealerships we tried to buy a Van from! Not so with Meador! I had a quote with an invitation to look at the new Town & Country's back in less than an hour! Jerry and I went there with or 6 year old and 3 year old (our other child is 18 months so we got a sitter for her). I am always a little apprehensive taking them anywhere, but Blake took great care of us and became a big hit with the kiddos to boot! This was really a pretty easy purchase though I wish I had got more for my trade in. However, I guess a 2003 Dodge Van with 183,000 miles is NOT worth what I had hoped!! LOL So we were treated very nice and everyone was very kind to our kids even when they started getting tired and whiny. Out bottom line, drive it home price was actually about $1800 cheaper for the exact same MSRP van than the closest deal offered by any of the other Dallas Fort Worth area Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealers which was the icing on the cake! STRONG recommendation for Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep due to Best Price and Best Customer service in the DFW Metroplex area!! Pros: Very Best Deal and Best Customer Service Cons: Hard to get to more

Meador is MOST Honest Dealer in DFW 12/18/2009

I know most people only write stuff to complain, but I had a really good experience the other day at Meador Dodge Jeep Chrysler that I wanted to share with all of ya?ll. I been wanting a new truck for a long time. I go off road lots and I like to hunt and what not. So I went around looking at trucks. Looked at a Ford, a Toyota and a Chevy. I already own a Dodge. Well I didn?t like any of the others, so I started shopping for a dodge. I wanted a 4X4 Diesel crew cab a certain way. I went to one dealer and he told me it was gonna be high ney impossible to get it for me and even if he could, it?d prolly cost around $48,000.00!! Ha!! Ya so on to plan B!! So I shopped around some more and found Meador Dodge over on the south side of town. Did an e-mail and got a call back. I went down there and met one of the boss men ted. Ted was a stand up guy. They didn?t have the exact truck wanted but said they would get her for me. The other dealer I went to just told me he couldn?t get it. Well three days later Ted called and said my truck was for sure there. And Meador Dodge?s price was $11,000 less than I had been quoted at the other dealership!!! I'm like..wow!! Thing is, I even told them what the other dealer told me and Meador Dodge could have used that the wrong way but did not! They gave me a REAL good deal on a LOADED dodge truck and me and my wife are so happy. In this day and age of rip off artists, it is nice to know some good folks still exist. Worst Experiance EVER! Dirty car, dead battery, scratches, rusted brake discs.... 2/1/2009

My Husband and I have been looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and we found one listed online by Meador. It was the color I have been looking for, which is hard to find, and was closer than the one other dealership that has this color. Only problem was it was severely over priced for how many miles it had on it. Meador wanted $17,079 for a 2008 with 30,000 miles on it! I know what these cars go for and an '08 with less than 15k miles is worth around 13k ish and dealerships are practically giving them away because Chrysler is not producing them any more as of '08 so the dealers are trying to get rid of their inventory ASAP. I called Meador to see if they would reduce their ridiculous price and was called back 10 mins later by Tim Phillips who said his boss would take our offer of $13,800 out the door, that included tax and license. So my husband and I loaded up our kids and drove the 1/3 hour to the dealership. Upon arriving and meeting Tim we went and looked at the Pacifica. I noticed immediately there were multiply small stains on the fabric that were CLEARLY visible, the car was filthy on the outside and inside, the coin space in the consolehad crunbs in it and the console didn't look like it had even been wiped down. I test drove it and it handled well but I thought the engine sounded a little high pitched. I thought maybe its just me because I didn't feel anything off while driving the car. We got out of the car and I said I think we will take it. Tim turned around to walk in to the office and I stopped turned around to inspect the outside of the car more closely, almost forgot! I found a small dent on the passenger side door and a 3-5 inch DEEP scratch on the rear passenger side door. 6 Cirrus/Sebrings and I bought a Toyota 11/7/2008

I have owned 6 Chrysler Cirrus/Sebrings since 1995 and I just bought a Toyota. Poor service at Meador Chrysler was the straw that broke the camel's back. Darrell Phares was my service advisor and David D'rudder ??? was the service manager.. I took my Sebring in for warranty service because a ""Check Engine"" light went on. I was without a car for a week. From the first day, I only got smart remarks when I tried to find out what was going on. When I asked for some estimate of the completion date, Phares told me that if he had anything to tell me he would call. I requested a call from the service manager and never got it. The Toyoto Camry is rated best by Consumer Reports and the warranty provides a loaner car if the warranty repair requires an overnight repair. There was $10,000 difference in the price in 1995, but there is almost no difference now. more

No hassel FOR REAL 5/12/2008

I had such a wonderful short experience with Petro Wilder, that I have already been back to purchase a second vehicle. He is the most, upfront, hoest salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted my payments to be and he made it happen without negotiating for unlimited hours. The paperwork was fast and easy without any hassle. I did need to take the first vehicle back because of scratches on the hood and they repainted the entire hood. They said they would call me and they did. Every person I have dealt with at this location has been courteous and polite as well as helpful WITH A SMILE. I am still referring friends and family to this location. more

AVOID MEADOR CHRYSLER JEEP 12/14/2007

I would never again buy a vehicle from Meador Jeep, because of the lack of service there. The representatives in the service department are rude, will not help order safety recall parts for you, and are deceitful. I have tried on NINE occasions since August to get them to honor a DaimlerChrysler safety recall and they refuse. Joel in the service department today said ""I'm not getting involved in that."" Dave, the service manager, promised to call me back in early September; despite two voice messages to him, I am still waiting. more

I found a car that was advertized by Meador Chrysler in Auto Trader. They were really nice on the phone when I expressed interest in the car. I came in and test drove and purchased the car. After picking up the the car, I realised that I did not have all the paper work. I called Rick and Jim and left them over 10 messages each over the course of three days with no response. I called the phone number they listed on their website and the guy who aswered the call kept transfering me to diffrent lines that either had busy tone or voice mail. To cut a long story short, they never returned my call! I then decided to drive 50 miles (100 miles round trip) to forthworth to confront Rick and Jimmy. Upon my arrival Rick started avoiding me untill the used car manager called him to task. The used car manager assured me that he will make sure we get the necessary papers. On scale one to ten, I will rate my experience as negative 15. I will not recommend any body I know or any body reading this review to buy cars from this guys. There are other dealership in town like Park place Lexus that kept calling me to find out about my experience after I visited their show room. Maybe Meadore Chrysler should send their eployees to customer service school. I do not trust this guys and I hope I never need to deal with this guys. I made three round trips of 100 miles and did not have my issuesa resolved. more

Like night and day. 1/13/2006

I emailed the dealership and I got a response back really fast, which surprised me. I asked for a price of a particular suv. A young guy by the name of Rick called me shortly afterwards. Our conversation was short but he talked me in to test driving the following morning. I arrived at the dealership late for my appointment, I never heard the end of it. (This is what I mean about night and day) I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jimmy. He is older than Rick so I thought he would be the serious type. The exact opposite. Rick is the serious one of the two. I was at the dealership for about three hours and I enjoyed buying a car for once. The two work great together. I recommend them to anyone reading this.
