Leaving after 25 or more years 9/23/2011

Personally, I like Dr. Ruff. What I find frustrating is the wait time in the waiting room then the wait time once you get to the examining room. Dr. Ruff is a knowledgeble Dr. He does take time with his patients once he's in the room with you. \r \r That being said; after 25 or more years of seeing Dr Ruff I am switching primary care doctors. The plain and simple is that I have lost trust a confidence in Dr Ruff. He seems to poo-poo and intergrative approach to medicine and I felt like I fit into a 1 size fits all catagory when it came to prescriptions. more

Excellent Doctor 2/25/2010

Seems to catch a lot and know a lot that other doctors miss. Because he spends much more with patients than the HMOs are willing to schedule or pay for, he runs way behind schedule at times, but he is worth it. Everyone in the waiting rolls their eyes at ""Ruff time"", but NOBODY would think of leaving and going to a different doctor. Pros: Takes the time to really listen to and examine patients Cons: Always runs late more
