I joined MDF a few years ago for a chance to get into modeling and the possibility of acting or placed in as a stand in, filler or other. It was rather expensive but after a few photo sessions and getting paid good money I was excited and happy. Though the jobs were not close together or give constant employment or something to live by it still gave me a chance to get my foot in the door. His contracts needed to be read through all the way and take time to ask questions so you can understand them.
Due to a lack of communications on both of us I decided to create a new employment for myself since I had seen how nice his company was formed. I goofed and failed to reinstate my contract with him and was opted off the mailing list and opportunity to jobs when there was an opening.
I see many people getting upset and posting complaints but Im pretty sure the lack of communication and taking the time to read the contract terms and conditions all the way through as well as the possibility of a misunderstanding is the major reason of the complaints.
To my knowledge, his reputation with many hi quality companies with great reputations in the media is on good standards with all. Many who have hired me have asked me about Mr Fields and I have never gave them a negative reply.
If you want to model, act, or show your talents....Mr. Fields will open the door for you so you can create yourself as a needed person in which avenue you wish to take.
