Thanks you McShan Florist for the great bouquets you delivered for me both Mother's Day and Father's Day. I was also excited to find out from your sale person that you would be able to set up a year's worth of orders for all my special occasions. So, now no worries for me. I know that I am covered for birthdays, our anniversary and I even set up a couple of surprise deliveries. Now that is service!!! Thanks so much!! Pros: very helpful, great customer service more

McShan Florist has always been there to deliver quality flowers, even when I forget until the very last minute. Their excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and beautiful flowers have helped me out on numerous occassions - from almost forgotten birthdays to Mother's Day! Thank you guys!!! more

McShan florists ruined my anniversary with an all white arrangement that was mostly brown!I thought that the customer service needed major improvement... $160 does not get you much with this florist! more

Azalea 3/31/2008

Thank you McShans for re-ordering an Azalea plant from a different florist. It was a beautiful pink & white Azalea plant. Thank you for hearing my complaint about the rudeness of the owner & the UGLY Bromeliad plant that I first received from the "San Clemente Florist" in Ca.\r My friend called your store to have you order an Azalea at a florist in Ca. The "San Clemente Florist" decided that the ugly Bromeliad was a suitable substitute for a flowering plant. It was not!! J.BW. more

Frankly speaking, I did not see these flowers. They were delivered to my sister in Pennsylvania. Her comments were enough to make me send this review. She loved them, the other patients loved them and the hospital staff loved them. Who could as for more.\r Thanks\r Rex Dinger and family more

Beautiful arrangements 6/21/2006

I have ordered many flowers here and I have never been disappointed with them. Their prices are much higher but the quality is amazing. The people over the phone are very polite and they help you decide what you need. they do offer an account service so that makes it easier. the store is beautiful the flowers are gorgeous. more

Chintzy Plant & Service 4/20/2006

Ordered a mum off their website for hospital delivery. It came in 2 sizes $30 & $50. Odered the larger. When I saw it in the hospital it was 12" tall..extremely small for the price. Mgr replied that the only difference in the more expensive one is a better pot. To tell you the truth we didn't even notice the pot! She offered to go back and switch out the pots. We just wanted an arrangement that looked like $50+ was spent. Will not do business here again; who would pay such exorbitant prices and get so little? more

Good Looking Arrangements 9/8/2005

Always fresh, always colorful. McShan's alway makes great looking fresh flower arrangements. No matter what your budget is, they can make something nice. There live plants are alway nice and green with lots of buds to bloom. Price is comparable with everybody else, but I have never been disappointed when I've used them. more

They are very reliable, the bouquets are always there at the agreed upon time. The florists are awesome, they make beautiful bouquets. They areon the expensive side but they do a wonderful job. more
