High pressure sale tactics 8/15/2015

Bought a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system from MCS in San Gabriel many years ago. Every time I went in to get new replacement filter, the sales person would tell me to replace my unit because it's so old, Even though there is nothing wrong with my unit, the sales person would insist I buy a new one. Instead of providing good after sales service, they resort to high pressure tactics to make a sale. I just don't feel comfortable with that. more

Run Away from MCS 11/23/2013

Run away fast as you can, their technicians don't know what they doing, they have no idea how to trouble shoot and adjusting their system. The funny thing is, if you asked these technicians the problem was, they all gave you different answers. Please go somewhere else if you need to buy water softener. more

Good luck if you consider getting your water softener from this company!! 6/14/2011

My water softener broke after 2 years of service. Although the machine is covered by the 3 year warranty, they still charge me ($65) for labor to come "look at" the machine. A technician came and told us the main unit is broken and need to be replaced. After numerous phone calls with the main office, they decided to charge me another $150 labor for replacing the unit. However on the day of appointment, the technicians show up without a replacement and took away our broken unit to repair instead. Now I paid them $65 + $150 and have no water softener to use. Buyer aware!!! more

good quality water filter and good service 8/20/2005

I found this place in newspaper, because I need to install water filter in my kitchen. I called them and made an appointment with them. The technician came on time and install the filter for us. He was very patient and professional. He explained to us that how to maintain the filter. When he was working, the water splashed on him, but he didn't complain at all. We have been using the water filter for three years, and it is still running very well and give us clean water. I recommend this place to everybody. more
