McDonald's has come a long way from just a burger joint. They now offer so many more healthy food choices! My favorite two items are the Grilled Chicken sandwich and the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. The Grilled Chicken comes with lettuce, cheese and mayo on a large bun. I always order mine with just swiss cheese, which they add .30 (I think that's the correct amount) for because it normally comes with american. It is a *very* good sandwich! The fruit and yogurt parfait comes with vanilla yogurt, strawberries and blueberries. On the top of the cup is a serving of granola that can be added. It is very healthy and filling. I normally choose this for breakfast, but it would also make a nice dessert.
