If I could give a 0 star or NO star, I would. I have never heard of any funeral home treating clients as horribly as this one. First, they do NOT return phone calls. Next, they arranged our loved ones service and gave a guaranteed date and time, so we made all the arrangeents (guests, minister etc) only to have one of the directors call us the day before the planned service to CANCEL! Yes, they did not have the hole dug on time, so they had to postpone a planned and paid for service which left us scrambling to fix their mess! They were not in compliance with the law which was their mistake, yet we paid the price for it when we only wanted to lay our loved one to rest as planned. They offered a refund on many fee's for this egregious error of theirs, yet they haven't paid it! They lied! I am going to involve an attorney to get back these promised refunded fee's and contact Dignity Memorial directly to let them know how McDonalds treats paying clients. I would not recommend this place to
more
